User Responsibilities
All users of our Platform must assume responsibility for the following:
For Venues
- Obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required to host gaming machines
- Ensuring the accuracy of all venue information and historical data provided
- Conducting appropriate due diligence on potential providers
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to gaming and gambling
For Providers
- Holding valid gambling licenses and authorizations to supply and operate gaming machines
- Ensuring the accuracy of all provider information and machine specifications
- Conducting appropriate due diligence on potential venue partners
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to gaming and gambling
No Guarantees
While we strive to maintain a reliable and useful service, we cannot and do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of information provided by users of our Platform
- The quality or performance of gaming machines arranged through our Platform
- The financial results or profitability of any partnership formed
- The regulatory compliance of any venue or provider
- The fulfillment of contractual obligations between parties
Any market analytics, revenue projections, or performance metrics provided through our Platform are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future results.
Third-Party Content

- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from agreements between venues and providers
- Issues related to the quality, performance, or compliance of gaming machines
- Disputes between users of our Platform
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
